Start out using it every third day, gradually working your way up to nightly use. Evenly apply a small amount at the last step of your skincare routine. For extremely sensitive skin, mix with other moisturizers or spot test on skin before using separately. This product contains vitamin A (Retinaldehyde (Liposome) and is sensitive to light and UV rays. Use at nighttime only.
